Themes and Colour Schemes (III)

The whole 'Theme Night' idea was so popular, we're working on a whole new set this year.

This show could run and run ...

Relationships

Sibling rivalry.

So why is Ares so jealous of his younger brother?

Oh yeah.

He's Hercules.

Nuff said ...

A relationship we could have seen more of.

He was brought up listening to all of Joxer's tales. No wonder Virgil wants to be a poet!

The best of friends are also friends of the best.

And that applies to all four of the people in this picture.

Subtext

You either see it, or you don't. But, no matter how it's expressed, the love is undoubtedly there ...

The poem is by Chesterton.

I felt it was apt.

Shared sorrows and shared pain are the fire in which true friendships are formed.

A very beautiful set of lyrics by Chris de Burgh.

Subtext in the Legendary Journeys?

There are those who see it.

I just couldn't resist this wonderful hug ...

Colour

One Theme night - a rainbow of results. Or, in my case, a jewellry box full!

Sapphire

Amethyst

Gold

Amber

Diamond

Emerald

Topaz

(Which happens to be my birthstone. I've never really appreciated that until now ...)

Adventure

'To the Xenapoles, Gabrielle!'

Well, okay - it doesn't have quite the same ring to it. But these two are still experts at racing to the rescue.

'The Adventure Continues'

'When series collide'

Something's either gone terribly wrong in the Gate Room - or else Ares found out that Dahak was actually a Gu'ould and decided to do something about it ...

Either way, this was a fun picture to put together!
